The EDA Evaluation and measurement toolkit brings together the knowledge and experience of leading economic development practitioners from Australia and around the world. EDA would like to acknowledge the Business, Employment, and Economic Development Department of the Province of British Columbia for providing the inspiration for the approach used in this toolkit. We are grateful for their collegial support, generosity in sharing their experience and encouragement. This toolkit would not be possible without the valuable input of the EDA National Evaluation Working Group and the knowledge and skills of Lucy Heales and the whole Pracsys team, who developed the toolkit and this supporting document. Pracsys is a multi-disciplinary urban economics and strategy consulting firm based in Western Australia.
